Skip Walker is a resident of Doddear Town, a small town on the outskirts of Sundue City. He is not a very competitive pokemon trainer, but his Lycanroc Lyca has been known to frequently one hit KO opponents. He likes basketball more than pokemon battles, and is frequently seen at the local basketball court with his brother and friends.
His badge is interesting though. It does not seem to be from any official gyms. When asked where he got it from, he simply replied "From a great adventure I had a long time ago." It seems to hold great sentimental value to him.
