Since I messed up 's request, I thought I'd at least draw what he asked me to draw.
Here it is. My own version of the gen 8 starters.

1) Eleleaf
The plants growing on it are still young. It is sensitive to pollution.
2) Eleplant
If it gets enough water, the plants growing on it will grow vigorously, but if it doesn't get enough water, the plants will start to wilt.
3) Terraphant
The berries growing on it's head are delicious. The herbs on it's back are nutritious. Just don't get any without asking first, or it will get angry.

4) Arflame
Is very playful. As it is young, it's fire tail is still small. It enjoys helping to light candles, bonfires, etc
5) Woofire
If it is treated well, it will be loyal to it's trainer. It will do anything to help him or her.
6) Barkindle
If anyone other than it's trainer touches it's fire, they will get burned.

7) Jocean
Lives in and around lakes. Enjoys hopping on lily pads.
8) Kangablu
Since it's too heavy to jump on lily pads, it makes do with jumping on rocks poking out of the water.
9) Warsupial
It punches trees to get at their fruit. It makes sure that the punch isn't strong enough to hurt the tree though.
