continued in developing my own drawing-style..this piece should express a feeling of isolation and melancholy..
but anyway.. please just tell me, what you see in it..

The scarf and the angle of the object in the background almost make it seem like he is falling. I don't feel isolation so much as anticpation. Like a desperate hope that there will be someone at the bottom to catch me.

The boy in the scarf is afraid to jump... Afraid to get hurt... What's at the bottom isn't pretty and he doesn't want to be there. But it's inevitable. And hopeless.

Isolation and sadness...being left alone on the dark, cold and windy side...not able to cross the border line to a better place...that's what I see. Very simple, but damn effective!
