Aw, jeeze, thanks. There are so many *awesome* Who artists online it's tough competition, but I spend every day drawing him for [link] so I've fallen into a bit of a stylistic rut lately. He looked cooler in my older pics like these.

My problem is, I try to cartoon-ize him (or more like anime-ize) and I just can't make him look RIGHT. idk. I have a few Wholigan friends, I'm sure I could ask their opinions xD
