Little doodle I did for competition Sony were running, because the prizes were either a two-week trip to South America, or a new PS2 scribbled on by the people who made the PS2 games Shadow of the Colossus and Ico ...If you've got a Playstation 2 lying about somewhere being used only as a doorstop or drinks coaster, I recommend you pick up and play Shadow of Colossus, as it's a nicely unique game, and has games journalists with foam on their chins and trousers round their ankles the world over. Oh, while you're in the games shop, get Gradius V , Metal Slug 3 and a Katamari as well. You know validating the videogames medium makes sense.

Very interesting idea. No one really thought of a caterpillar colossus, which makes it a nice change from the usual Dragon colossi..

Looks odd, and great!
I really like the cartepillar-design and I'm guessing it would have quite stiff movement because of all the hard segments.
The only problem I'm having with it is the blue light coming from inside it - doesn't really fit with the popular theories.

Treat it like a holiday. Book a few days off and do nothing but headlong immerse yourself in the spectacular game world. Honestly, it's that good. Sandals, Poncho and not-bathing for added immersion are optional.
