yep another elite drawing.... what red is saying most halo fans should know what he is talking about... someone had to do it...

for those that cant read my writing he is saying (to himself):
"now if i remove this regulator chip, it will give me a better fireing rate and modify the colour of the plasma, it will overheat quickly though, i hope it don't fall into the wrong hands... i think I'll make the plasma red....
