A total Wow! White outlines instead of black ones! I never thought of this before and may try this.

I just need an uncolored Fairly Odd Parents picture that's just black and white, then copy and paste it (or hit PrtSc SysRq and then paste it) on Paint, then invert the colors, make sure it looks good, and go from there.

Thanks for making and posting this, now I have a new artwork idea!

And not just Fairly Odd Parents but this should be done for other cartoons.

What will be hard though, is drawing pictures of the characters myself by hand or by mouse, making the characters myself. I prefer instead to use an already made drawing, color pages for download or whatever and do what I just said.

Just to be safe, do I have your permission to post a picture like this (if I made it). Not this picture but a picture I made myself but the way you did it, with a black background and white outlines? I probably don't need your permission but better to be safe than sorry.
