What started out as a sketch turned into this...it was practice and i had real fun doing this.Made in Photoshop CS5

Looks good. Good idea to make this art as practice and save it 2. Because you can learn more from it.
Great idea to make some extra gesign in the red flakes and clouds. Maybe you can use this design more and using different ligth sources.
I recognize the parts you have added as extra's. Maybe you can use this idea: sketchtechniques and photo techniques and let them go smoothly together.
Also a good idea to make some concept art in using different colours with the same photo. Than you can recognize which colours are working together and which don't.

i didn't feel like making more of her body...it took away the focus
her eyes are covered cuz she's a priestess and noone may look her in the eyes
