Hi! I'm a fellow member of ProjectComment, here to give a surprise critique!
First off, amazing work! Your character design is outstanding, and the execution is very impressive - I really love the electric effect and the wisps of smoke produced by the electricity, as well as the illumination on the wings, face, and ropes; they all come together to give your piece a realistic, yet supernatural feel. I wish you best of luck in the challenge, and hope to see more designs from you 
My suggestion for this piece is to use more subtle colors for the line art on the darker areas of the character. The line art for the rest is amazing, but I have trouble telling what light source could give rise to some of the green lines, such as the lines on the left outer wing. If you want the line art to stand out in those areas, perhaps you could add additional electricity effects near the places that need illumination the most

Thank you for your appreciation, it's a wonderful thing to hear! Personally, I really liked the challenge and I think this character design is not bad at all for my standards. Yet, it has some major issues that I noticed later and that I don't have to fix, mostly because the challenge is over.
About illumination, you're totally right. It's a very dark painting and it needed some more light sources, because, excluding the wings that are very bright, it looks like the whole thing is being swallowed by darkness. I could have made darkness in a dark green tone instead of black, it would have made the piece more pleasant to look at.
A minor issue on this is also a funny trivia: I wanted this electric bat to have a set of six slightly luminescent nipples. It would have been more funny and realistic, but I know that Facebook hates nipples, and since the challenge was on Facebook, nipples were strictly prohibited. (Which is kinda funny when you think that the winner was a very busty vampire lady
