WELP here is the Second Pokemon commission ^^ I have a LOT of fun with this one!!!Never did I expect to be commissioned a Pokemon preforming at a contest!!! but I really freaked out when I got it!! about an hour and a half it took me ^^
This is an Eevee using Wish and Dig ^^

I don't know if its part of the design, or if its just something to do with the shading, or what not, but heres my friendly advice. All I would really say to improve, for future reference is for the hair that you placed here and there, maybe make that layer's opacity like 20? Idk, Other than that, I really love it! Its beautiful, and I think you deserve praise more often! Also, maybe try using that type of eye more often. I think it suits your style very well, and complements the other aspects of the drawing.
