Yeah I remember when I saw SilverSam02 aka Silverus' rendition of Sevour I first thought it was some sort of alternative Cynder model because of the horn style Sevour has

Ah yes, I always feared that she would look too much like Cynder, so I had to fix Sevour's design a bit. Still looking similar but luckily not exactly the same.

The only thing that really stood out for me was the horn style, everything else just screamed "This isn't Cynder"
So don't be afraid on that front at least!

Well it depends on how people draw her horns. Originally they are slightly more C shaped.

I mean Cynder's horn design is very unique and pleasant to her overall design (Praise be Bruno Rime) so I don't fault you for basing Sevour's horns on Cynder's horns! As you said, you don't mind them looking similar.
