This may not look like the most stunning or special photo around, but I like two things about it:

I took this picture when my family and I took a trip to Tennessee and went to a park with some very old houses. At the time, I paid little attention to what would make a nice picture. But I managed to capture this sense of intuitive perspective that leads the eye from the camera to the end of the porch.

Also, I absolutely love the quiet, peaceful tone of this scene. That's how it felt at the time. There was a light fog that morning. The word I think of when I see this picture is "soft."

I made minor adjustments to enhance this photo.
