Apparently, when hit with the Fire Storm, whether playing as Rock and having just beaten Fire Man before hand or playing as Fire Man himself in all his shouty, Southern-fried, flamebroiled justice, Oil Man gets up shortly afterwards and changes his face from a cool smile to a frankly hilarious whiny cry face like "AUUH". Frankly, I find this face just hilarious.

Come to think of it, some of these faces are kinda funny in general. Check out the frame of Rock's face LesmoBestOfs used for their user photo! He kinda reminds me of the Android Emoji for "grimace".

The whole of Powered Up is something I can't take seriously. From the butchered remixes of the existing music, to the giant cartoonish "WARNING!" before facing a boss, to Yellow Devil saying "bumo" and the bubbly thing saying "beep boop you must die", to Bomb Man unintentionally making a pooping reference, to Fire Man screaming about "FIIIIRE" and the "FLAMES OF JUSTICE" in a Yosemite Sam-like way, to the explosions being even worse than Mighty Number 9's by simply being a cartoon cloud that gradients from red to yellow to white superimposed over the dead enemy's body, to Oil Man's Japan-exclusive look resembling a cool skateboarder dude golliwog who's also a robot, to the fact that the Japanese refer to this game as "Rockman Rockman", I'd say the only things I like about it are the art style and the new robots Time Man and Oil Man.
