An idea just came to me on a whim - Cloud Man, Tornado Man, and my own fanmade Robot Master Nimbus Man changing up the weather to make it snowy!While Tornado Man and Cloud Man can do it easily, Nimbus Man has to really focus in order to alter the weather around him, and if he does it for too long he'll get tired.
