Guess what? Isabelle said there was someone camping today, again! In fact, you may recognize the camper from a 12-part series of drawings I did over the course of the first 3 days of 2020. And the Two-Wheel Robot Master Showcase comes into play yet again, which means the blue and white wheel landed on a 4 (Hard Man) and the rainbow one a 5 (Ice Man)!And Ice Man's often stated to be one of the smaller Robot Masters in the compendium and Hard Man the bigger, so I thought why not make the little dude stand on the big guy's head?
And of course in Mega Man's setting someone would try to make an apartment complex in the side of a mountain! Anything's possible when you got robots walking around acting like they're people!

I know he was voiced by someone who had also voiced The Joker in a Lego Batman movie, but that doesn't mean he sounds outright evil.
