Description The logo of the Legend of Zelda documentary.

Info:

As a dedicated 'Legend of Zelda' fan, I, as many other fans, felt disappointed after reading through 'Hyrule Historya'. A book written by the creators themselves. And even though it's official, it seems to reflect Myamoto's earlier statements that he was not interested in puzzling the pieces of this history spanning over 25 years together.

The timeline they gave was faulty and lackluster at best, and they seemed more interested in putting together an clever sounding story, rather than making the series a coherent whole. Not that that's a bad thing, and at first sight it looks promising enough. But there is just so many details they overlooked, and a lot of story elements not accounted for.

And so I decided to do the research myself. Looking into everything from character quotes, to comparing locations. From the music to the monsters, temples and the hero himself.

'The legend of Zelda: Legacy of the hero' will be a docu series covering every aspect in detail. Chapters include but are not limited to: "Monsters and species" "Royal and heroic bloodlines" "Changes in landscape" etc. , and eventually conclude it all in a correct and logical timeline based on facts.

Yeah, I was really excited when I got the book, but not much of it made much sense and it raised more questions than it answered.

Thanks for the support!

I'm refraining to watching or reading any adaptations, I fear my brain might confuse facts that way.

But thanks for the tip!

I'm not even close to finding out what order they come in, or how many branches the timeline has.

to me its 3. since OoT is a pivital center of the timelines. its where everything breaks. I mean alot fo peopel keep saying "well if Link died ehre why didn;t it created another split timeline?" to me the answer is quite simple.  when you get down to brass tx, whats the main diffeence between Skyward Sword & Ocarina of time? skyward sword is a Loop [no matter how you play it out or how different you'd made it to be, the master sword will still be created, demise would stilll place a cruse on Link & Zelda, AND Fi would still ebcoem the master sword. its an enternal time loop, regaurdless things need to balence each other out, and no matter how people liek to convince themselves of  "predestined verus free will" there is always a balence OoT IS that balence. if the hero died during the final battle  it was becuase eh didn;t get to the master sword in time. if he had the biggoron hammer/biggoron sword he could fight and save hyrule and go become deleted in the adult timeline, and  reappears with  termendous info and proof of his word in the child timeline.

however thats my theory.  i'm sure yours is way better and i am excited to see this doco-series your making.
