This is really good, especially considering you did it on your own, the head is a little off, but there are reference points to measure that. Also don't be afraid to sketch a little lighter either, or use contour lines to accent darker areas.

ok, thanks well I just figured out something new from photoshop. But I didn't like how the girl I just drew was coming out so I deleted it. It's still pretty hard though and I work best with as visual but like u said I'll keep on sketching and hopefully get something from it. One more think, I have a couple of "How to draw manga" do u suggest I use those for the human anatomy or get a text of the human body?
