Nephilims and Seraphims are actually one same breed. The only difference is one heritage the Draconians blood more than another.

Well I'll try to make it short then. Draconian is a creature of darkness. And like all dark creatures they value strength in individual above all else. And Draconian is right at the top of it's hierarchy. Draconian is the only non celestial species that achieved true immortality. It succeed through the process of "Trials of Reincarnation". When any Draconian die they will be reborn as lesser dragon like species from tiniest lizards to more sentient Draconeqius. In each life they are in they have to prove their strength by dying worthy and courageously before they can assent to higher being. Eventually they'll be reborn again as Draconian but with no past memories. It's the only way any Draconian can advances beyond their color. As each "Trials of Reincarnation" they when through they will always be reborn as a stronger Draconian every single time.

Why exactly did the Triosians and Alicorn Empire have a war? What happened that could warrant that? Who won, how, when, and how long did the war last, and how far did it reach? ( galactic, intergalactic, universal, multiversal, etc.)
If I were in the Alicorn Empire's place I would have gene-programed several undetectable failsafes in the Triosians in case they ever rebel, but its your fanfic, so the choices are up to you.

it's just that every single Alicorn instantaneously gone insane and become a power hungry tyrant in an overnight. Only few that was away from their controlled worlds are spared from their insanity. Though most of them are quickly recaptured and too become corrupted. Only because of quick witted Celestia and Luna's sharp decision to scout ahead for information they were able to bubbled their ship isolated it from any reality and time to become undetectable. Just in time before the corruption happens.
