Description
The ABV is a tracked combat engineer vehicle designed for clearing minefields and moving complex obstacles and used by both the United States Army and Marine Corps. It is operated by a crew of 2 and uses 4 mechanisms mounted on the front designated as Front End Equipment (FEE), each is used for removing explosives and other obstacles. Two of them are mine plows for excavating landmines, the other is a bulldozer blade for clearing large obstacles, the fourth is called an Ordinance Removal System.

Armaments:
- Mk155 Mine Clearing System (MCS), which consists of two Mk22 rocket launchers and two M58 linear demolition charges. Each capable of clearing a minefield with an area of 100m X 10m.
-M2 .50 caliber machine gun
-M250 smoke grenade launchers
