Its just automatically implied that he is staring at Jill's chest but you don't know that for sure you can't see the angle of his head whether its upwards downwards just looks straight ahead from behind though you'd have to be able to see from a different angle lol I know its implied that he's checking Jill out but I'm just being the one to call it out that you can't tell 100% for sure
