Description
Matilda is a region leader for a neighboring region in the Immune storyline.
Her region is the largest region in the area, containing multiple shelters as well as other assets such as ranches and farms, both within shelters and outdoors worked by immunes. They also produce various vaccines for illnesses such as measles.
A mother with 2 grown children that she is separated from because one was not immune so was placed in a shelter and the other who was immune resented the fact she would not pull strings to allow for him to enter a shelter rather than stay outside.
She has pseudo adopted Kari and even Dana as near surrogate children and acted as a mentor toward Bruce. She was in the very first training class after the events began. Many of her most trusted workers were previously rejects from other regions that she straightened out.
