I was seriously having flashbacks to your various comics throughout the movie. Just shows how well your beautiful art captured the subtlety of Godzilla and the other Kaiju, their personalities, traits, and relationships. That, or you secretly work on the movies and have been slipping us sweet infos all along. Still can't rule that one out!

Hey, sorry if you get any shit for this. Considering the shaky canon of Godzilla movies, the many depictions of both monsters, I have no quams about possible romance between these two. It's just for fun. although I will admit the Gigan pictures are a bit weird for me. I have nothing against bisexual kaiju, I just can't really see Gigan being romantic with anyone period. I prefer to think of him as asexual.
Anyway, I wanted to write this if only to ask a question. It's probably immature, but I can't help getting it out of my mind. How do they... you know... go? Nudge nudge, wink wink? I mean, you must've thought of the mechanics at some point, right? Not that they have to, relationships don't have to be based on that, I'm just wondering how intimacy would work between a giantΒ radiation breathing saurian and a moth.

ahh, i could get into the gigan pairing for a while, but let's just say that it's anything but permanent and is really just him wanting a sexual outlet without as much baggage ahahaha--gotta release that pent-up libido somehow
though in the context of the blogs there's definitely a tight bond going on, it's nowhere near what mosugoji's become, not even close. though they term it as though it's a pair bond it's really more like friends-with-benefits OuO

any and all intimacy with her is more of a trust exercise than anything--she's come to know all his weaknesses, all the little chinks in his armor, and instead of exploiting them to kill him once and for all she chooses to use them for pleasure. sometimes she even messes around with his organs and brings him to the brink of death and back by his own request but we won't get into that 
whenever she 'treats' him it's to build and reestablish a sort of pack bond--their relationship isn't built on sexuality.

I suppose that's okay, no real harm in that. Whatever, again it's just fun and it's not like there isn't weirder stuff in the films. Gigan doing something like that isn't the strangest thing I've heard.
Oh, so it's kinda like a psychic "Demolition Man Future Sex" deal then with a bit of Monster-esque S&M thrown in. I suppose that works, better than the other weird ideas I had concerning it. Still kinky though, but without the weird positioning stuff I was predicting. A lot more creative in fact.
Don't feel sorry, it shows you put thought into this which is more than I can say for some other people who do similar stuff like this. Figuring out how this would work as a relationship is important from a creative standpoint. I'm just glad I got to understand your thought process a bit. Thanks for sharing.

This kind of reminds me of this image I have in my head of the twins being bothered by some jackass and they keep warning said jackass to leave them alone and when they don't the twins just shout something and all of a sudden Mothra just come charging down from the heavens in the most over-dramatic way possible.Β

1) Mothra is the protector of /earth,/ not humanity.
2) This is a very specific set of circumstances under which I'm having this happen.
Basically she pacified him and started molding him as an agent in her image, and they bonded. They balance each other out, with him running completely on emotion and her being uncannily in control. It's a p cool dynamic, actually.
