what do you do to achieve that "reflected light" effect from being underwater? if that's what its called hahaΒ

sometimes i create the effect by hand, but this time i found an underwater light pattern texture online and cut it to shape/layered it as 'soft light' and added a blur effect

that sounds pretty tricky, is that how you get your brushes for most of your work? cus a lot of your stuff always has pretty cool different effects and im always curious as to how you have so many . O .Β

i do use royalty free textures for patterned clothing etc sometimes yeah! i really like the personality it brings to utilize them in little quirky places
