I warn you now, neither MissingNO or Glitch01's stories are very happy.

where MissingNO represents forgiveness, Glitch01 represents festering hatred. Unlike MissingNO, the clone before him, when he was created and ended up dying, he NEVER forgave. His death wasn't quite as painful as MissingNO's, (his body had parts that grew faster than other parts, and so basically many of his organs ruptured inside of him) but he still suffered, and he blamed his suffering on the humans who created him. When he died, he refused to move on, and sought to destroy his human creators. however, MissingNO, who had forgiven these humans, sensed Glitch01's essence. He fought fiercely with him, in a battle unperceivable to our eyes.

MissingNO one being clear of mind and actually knowing somewhat what he was doing (Glitch was so angry he was blinded) He managed to drive Glitch off, who over time was eaten away by his hatred. Eventually, he lost all sentience, and became a force driven entirely by vengeance.

He no longer has any cognitive thought what-so-ever, or really any control at all. he's just a hollow shell of a ghost that once was.

Glitch01 doesn't have nearly the complex story of MissingNO, due to the fact he basically became nothing. He did take up residence in what will be called the glitch caverns, and Shadogaire does eventually take control of him, but other than that nothing really significant about him.

Although, I should mention he will be the only legendary that doesn't have a story to tell in Galena (each legendary will be seen in Galena at least once, talking about their part in the whole mess that is Shadogaire, their past, how each one currently feels/stands, etc. Glitch01 just says something along the lines of "KKRRRRSHSHSHSJJHJGUG" (static noises))

Notice the rounded ears and pointed fingers. also, his feet are shaped more like mews, but at the same time has two toes like mewtwo. His tail is significantly thinner and longer than mewtwo's. His eyes are also rounder. He does have a second spinal chord like mewtwo, but his is connected completely to the back of his neck rather than jetted out and only connected at the base of the skull and the top of the thoracic vertebrae like mewtwo (that's what the thing on mewtwo's head is supposedly). Also, his chest isn't separated like mewtwo's is. His tail is darker like mewtwo, but not in the same way mewtwo's is.

form change is caused the same way as MissingNO, and shortly after he died, they started working on what would become mewtwo.

The name actually comes from the fact I couldn't remember the name of missingNO when I was younger when trying to describe the actual pokemon to my friends, so I guess I guessed it was Glitch01, and the name just kind of stuck with me.
