Do you work out everyday for a few hours or is it an every other day thing? Cardio, weight training? O:

i try to. some days i work out for a couple or hours, others i'm only able to sneak in a half hour. ^_^ sometimes photo shoots and such (gaming...) gets in the way but i try to make time for at least a half hour of exercise every day. i do yoga in the morning then finish off with some freestyle dancing to dubstep. :3 keeps my body movin' for the rest of the day. i try to get at least 15 - 30 minutes of cardio. i usually get that by running (outdoors or on the treadmill) or rollerblading. ^_^ i don't do much for weight training because i don't want to get too muscular but i leave 5pd weights by my spot on the couch for my wind-down at the end of the night. keeps my arms nice and toned. ^_^
i admit i still have problems with eating right.. i'm a candyholic but i keep active so it helps.
