Depending on which of the three newest Doctors was your first, I'd recommend watching a different older Doctor whose personality is quite close.
Matt Smith (11, newest)? Look up Tom Baker, the famous Fourth Doctor. He's a classic and is the favorite of many Whovians. Tom Baker and Matt Smith have a lot in common personality-wise. They have six or seven episodes of Tom Baker on Netflix for streaming, starting with "The Arc In Space"
David Tennant (10)? He's probably closer to Patrick Troughton, the second Doctor. Unfortunately, they've only got one episode on Netflix for streaming. Approximately sixty-four episodes of both the First and Second Doctor were lost out of the BBC Archives some time ago. The episode of Troughton which they have on Netflix for streaming is "The Mind Robber"
Christopher Eccleston (9)? You'll want to look up Jon Pertwee, Doctor Three. They have at least three episodes of his up for streaming on Netflix, though I know you can queue up others. The episodes of his on Netflix streaming start with "Spearhead from Space"
I highly recommend checking those three out, especially Tom Baker. ;3

Of course! I started by watching a few of all the newest Doctors, and my dad and I are diving on into the Doctors he knew growing up, so I figure I wouldn't be much of a fan if I didn't expose other fans to some of the older Doctors. Especially if they might like 'em! <3
