If Qui Gon Jinn survived Episode I, This could rewrite The Fate of The Jedi and Anakin Skywalker. The events would still play out, but slightly different. Both Obi Wan and Qui Gon would defeat Darth Maul and Obi Wan would raise to the rank of Jedi Knight and Qui Gon to Jedi Master and promise to train Anakin. After 10 years of training, Anakin rose to the rank of knight and grown powerful. Obi Wan would take on a new Padawan. They would go to Geonosis; Both Qui Gon and Mace Windu would encounter Dooku and the Jedi would fight the droids and The Genosisians at the Petranaki Arena. The Clones would arrive to help and the surviving Jedi would leave and fight. Anakin, Obi Wan & Qui Gon would go after Dooku; Obi Wan would be wounded and Anakin would lose his arm. Both Dooku and Qui Gon fought on until Yoda arrived. Yoda and Qui Gon squared off with Dooku. Dooku escaped leaving his former master, his former Padawan and wounded Anakin & Obi Wan. Anakin would marry Padme. During The Clone Wars, Qui Gon did join the fight, but left to Coruscant to help train Padawans for the future. In Episode III, He would go with Anakin and Obi Wan to save Palpatine and face Dooku again. Anakin would defeat Dooku and have him arrested for leaving The Jedi Order. He would learn about Palpatine being a Sith Lord. He, with Mace Windu, and other Jedi would fight Palpatine. Mace Would end up defeating Sidious and killing him to prevent Order 66; saving The Jedi Order. Qui Gon and Obi Wan would help Anakin with Padme. Qui Gon would have Mace go to Mustafar and arrest to Separatists leaders and Yoda would Go to Geonosis to destroy The Droid Factory. Anakin would be there to see his children, Luke and Leia, being born. Padme would Survive and become chancellor and watch as their children training as Jedi Knights of The Republic. Peace will come and balance will be store.
