I got a couple of questions around g-Fest.
1. When is it? Same time yearly?
2. What time does it start?

It is usually about the second weekend in July every year.
People start checking in Thursday night and there is an off site film festival.
most people register Friday morning and get their activity packets. The best day to be there is Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. Sunday is an awards banquet and it all ends around 4 pm Sunday.
