KOC Godzilla 2000 30cm kit. One of the few actual green Godzilla suits, here his fins show he is about to blast away. I totally did the eyes wrong, this was my 2nd vinyl kit, and I did not research the eyes before I did it. Someday I will redo them...Related content

I just think they make him look more fierce than the traditional eyes.

the eyes in the movie are a tad milky or opaque looking, but mainly the iris should be more near the top of the eye. It makes him look really lizardy

Oh, true. If you've made a model of the King Goji (1964) style Godzilla, I would paint them similar to those. I know the 2000 suit was inspired by the 64' one, so some of the facial features are the same. I'd paint them like the 64' suit, but I think his irises have a hint of green.
Still, the eyes look good, but I guess you could move the pupils and irises up.

Excellent! Finally the 2000 suit is given its due in your wondrous gallery! Despite the one color flaw with the eyes you've mentioned (I admit, I do not know myself the correct coloration. I'm a fan, not an obsessed junkie!), it's just as well done as your previous items.

Thanks, it was one of my earlier ones...The G 2000 eyes are very unique and it is hard to describe. Its not so much color that bothers me, but they should have more opacity or something, I still havent got a handle on it yet..

its hard to describe..If you get a chance look at some good pics and tell me how u would describe it. On webshots a friend of mine, Stan Hyde took pics of the actual suit in Japan, if you can find that, it is an excellent reference..
