My Dad is gone. He passed away peacefully sometime before 11 AM this morning. Unfortunately I missed seeing him off by about 10 minutes. He died shortly after I was notified to come.I always liked this picture. As a teen, I would look at it and think, "It looks like he liked me once.."
As we both got older, I began to understand him better, and see why we had trouble getting along for a while. He was just worried about providing for us...
My Dad always loved kids though..
I think what went wrong is I grew up...
I did not stay little, and cute.
But he was a good guy, and I think he did love me, even if I am ugly and bald now...

I want to say that everything will be better, but I will not lie. It's a terrible thing that you went through.....At least he was peaceful in the end.......
