I love Tomoko Ai!  I thought she was really pretty...  Did you know I saw her in person at the last G-Fest?  And I almost got to talk to her, she was coming toward my booth but just bought something a few tables down and left...  I wondered if she went to see the models and if she liked mine^^  She is still pretty for her age..

I prefer Akira Takarada (in his youth) .... he was sooooooooo cute and handsome
too bad you didn't get the chance to hit on her... ..... the terror of mekagoji was somewhat made me sad...... but dying in someone you love isn't bad either I guess... , btw her operation scene is fake right? ..... there is a scene of her fake boobs if I'm not mistaken...

Yes, the fake boobs part was taken out in the "Americanized" version (bastards lol) But yeah they were plastic..but here on our west coast, most women are that way
Akira Takarada is a wonderful man...He was so kind..I will never forget, how he approached ME, and commented on my models..and then HE suggested we take a photo together with my majestic beast...and then he told JD Lees he wanted me to have one of his autographed promo thingies for free!  What a great and kind man..darn Legendary snubbed him..I signed a petition to get his scene put back in the movie..I heard they said they would put in the DVD extras, but they did not..
I do not know what Tomoko Ai was like, but for her to travel to G-Fest is a nice gesture in itself..the G-Fest Program back cover had a big photo of her from when she was the age of that movie..she looked so beautiful in that photo...

its very sad, given his huge involvement in early Godzilla films..... ...... why americans rarely honour people who have asian origin?
not every asians are inferior......

I dont think it was because he is asian, perhaps they just could not find a way to fit him in the film that helped the story...who knows.  I very much admire him though, and meeting him in that way was very special to me..
