No it is just a drawing of Mecha G. X-Plus is basically a knock off of an original model kit.

I'll be honest, I kind of prefer the original origin for Mechagodzilla, where he was created by aliens and a bad guy, as opposed to the later films where he was a creation of humans. Although, I do like the look of Kiryu.

That's cool, and I have nothing against the actors, just with how the characters and dialogue were written.

Yeah, it is not the best Godzilla movie. Though I like the baby best of any of them. Here is a model of it I hope to sell:

Not bad, very much like in the film.
And yeah, it's not the best of the 90s films. Although, from what I've seen, the design for Mechagodzilla from the film is often used for the promotional material in a lot of the Godzilla games.
