I find it very beautiful!

I like this cropped version more, because the eyes and lips stand out better (as PMucks said, it may be slightly better if you included the cropped knuckle, but we're talking about subtle details)

The likeness is absolutely well done and I love your soft and subtle shading.

The only thing I would personally do is enhancing the contrasts a little bit. Expecially on her hair (and in the previous version. From the original picture you can see her hair is slightly darker on the upper part of her head and it gets lighter moving downhill)

But Jon, I think it's a gorgeous drawing, as gorgeous is the model!

I like this one better. It seems to have more impact. The only thing that bugs me is her knuckle being cut off. Either way it's a very good drawing. Why not just leave both versions up?
