I recently started rereading Harry Potter (currently whizzing through the Chamber of Secrets). I almost forgot how much I loved these books. I also joined pottermore (Username is RainMist31652). Sooo... I got really sucked in (especially after watching the musicals) so I created my own character.
Cecile is an adorable character, if I do say so myself. She's a sweet Ravenclaw with a black cat as her familiar. I wanted her hair and eyes to fit in with the colors of the Hogwarts house, and since I don't do a ton of blonde characters (and because I like silver and blue a bit better than bronze and blue) I made her have light blonde hair. I don't do dark eyes a lot, but I think it looks beautiful against her light hair and skin.

Thank you! I've had a lot of time to develope the way that I draw and shade hair. If you still like the way I draw hair currently (I feel like my style has changed a lot since I posted this picture), I'd be more than happy to whip up a tutorial.

Lol cute. Cecile almost got put in Hufflepuff. She's really a Ravenclaw because of how she reacts around people and how she thinks. But she's not a straight A student. She hates potions too.

By the way, I was thinking that they start school pretty much the year after Potter and his class graduate? But technically Ava's a year older, but couldn't attend her first year because the school was kinda destroyed lol. So she'd be in the same grade as Ceci, just older.

Regardless. I assure you that it is completely incidental. I honestly havn't even read or watched past the fourth book/movie yet (which is why I'm re-reading everything). All copyrights belonging to Luna are strictly J.L. Rowling's and I assure you that my intention was only to have a blonde character.
