Red Eruption, Green Eruption... I'm Not Picking You Up Kid...

Started a few days ago, finished it just now. The colors don't look quite right to me compared to how it looks in real life. I've tried tuning the settings on my scanner a few times, and also tried playing with brightness/saturation/contrast on the computer afterwards, but I'm always unsure if it just looks a bit off because me monitor isn't calibrated correctly. I really should get that sorted out some day, but then I'm afraid I'll feel like I need to re-scan all my old drawings.

Anyway, as usual, I have no idea what's going on in the drawing, your guess is as good as mine...
