Hi all!I made my new 'fairy' yea, that right Fairy.. She has some fins in between her arm pits which makes her able to hover above the water a bit longer. In order to 'hover' just a little bit higher, Bubble flaps her arms to increase a few inches before the gravity takes over and water is around her body again.

awesome job on making the hair flow as if it was in the water! 
I noticed a couple of things. Where her fin (under her arm) connects to her bicep, you smudged some of the "paint" into her arm. I'm not sure it's intentional, but it still stuck out to me. To help prevent that, you can paint in a space after selecting it with the lasso tool. I usually trace the line art and paint everything piece by piece.
Lastly the shading on her hair is awesome! I love the blues. Although I think for her skin, you should have a darker color in there to help emphasize with the shadowing- Just like you have on the hair and fins.
Awesome job using a photo to help with a pose. You are vastly improving both in your painting and poses of your subject. Keep it up!

It took some time replying but that was since i made improvements now based on your comments.
You was right about the skin colour shading, i added some colour effect but i merged it with the bikini and forgot about the skin. And i smudged up the fins a bit, removed some line art and its all better now i think.

ill admit i liked the ice fairy and the fire fairy better, but its still a beautiful piece of art

Thanks dear for the comment on my mermaide. I wanted to use some more colours then only the 'blue/ green' standart color schemes, but it seems you found out already 
And yea i drawed the tail a bit too thin on the end before the fin 
But i kinda did it on purpose since she wouldnt have lenghs which is the same lenght as the whole tail
