Description The Three-Panel Page Curl Tutorial
Software: Photoshop CS2
Level: Easy Intermediate

Turn pages (and heads!) with this really cool page curl technique!

Edit#1: Changed back into the regular .jpeg image view. Much smaller file size.

Edit #2: I was just informed that earlier versions of Photoshop might not have the warp option under Free Transform. I am looking up an alternative and will post it as soon as I find it.

Edit #3: After double checking, the Warp feature was not built into Photoshop until CS2.

Here are some alternatives to the Warp technique:

Sorry about that guys..

This worked out great. I did do a few things different, to get the results that I was looking for, but I would not have even been able to do it without this tutorial. Thanks.

Which vesion of photoshop did you use? I tried this technique, but in my version PS/cs there was no warp tool icon and when i searched the help files they referenced the liquify tool. Thanks

Hi Rickbw1,

I use CS2. Another deviant just mentioned that the warp mode wasn't available for earlier versions. I've added two links to outside tutorials (in the description) that teach you how to do a page curl using the pen tool to make a path. It was the closest alternative I could find.

I'll do my best to double check that my future (weekly) tutorials can be done in earlier versions also.

Thanks for checking the tutorial out. I appreciate it!

Thanks!!! I still just have CS. Glad to know about the feature and will look forward to playing with that some time in the future (just don't ask when). Thanks also for the tutorial links.
