Finished piece looks very impressive. Is that a Middleearth orc?
One very small nitpick I'd have is that the pecs, especially his right one look a bit flat instead of rounded near the edge and a bit too foldy like folded paper. But then again it's an orc and they can have a different anatomy.
But as I said, the finished piece is very well done.

Very helpful. It's weird that it seems similar to sculptris, at least when it starts out.

Sculptris was actually the 'beta' for dynamesh in zBrush, so to speak. They just released it as a separate program before implementing the features.

Really helpful!! I always have trouble with converting dynamesh to standard subdivisions so it can be animated or posed with also retaining all the detail in. Any ideas?

You're welcome. You have to clean up the topology for animation (use references topo guidelines). Use Zremesher and then "Project all" to bring back all you details from the dynamesh. Next step is creating Uv's and map baking.
