This is kind of a spoilery piece, but I’ll omit context so maybe it’ll not give too much away. I’ve been wanting to depict this emotional scene for a while now, it being one of the core/oldest moments I ever wrote or thought of.
This was definitely a “trust the process” project for me, as I wondered if it would even turn out a few times. It’s been a while since I’ve done this kind of perspective, maybe this is the first time…so it was a bit of a struggle. But I managed to find the perfect references for the hands which was one of the hardest parts.
