Well I don't know what to say. I have not been making art since October, this is mostly due to the fact, in October I started my career in Graphic Design, specialising in literature layouts, such as magazines and as you can see here menu's.Since starting in October I must say I have learnt a lot from my co-workers and last week finished this creation which I must say, although not as pretty as my other art, I'm just as proud. After a good 3 days work in the office, this is the offspring of my dear Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
I know a lot of you might not appreciate this style of art, but I would love your support and opinions on what I do for a living. You may think its easier doing this compared to something as glorious as the art we see here on a daily basis, but to not have the creative freedom and have to follow certain rules of the client, it really can be challenging at times.

Nice. I like the theme and design. My only problem would be that the look a tad bit too clustered. I understand that's not your fault, maybe, because clients always want a lot of into in small space. But this could be solved my making the images of the food a tad bit smaller to allow some space between type and image. Also, your time is way too close to the 'rope' image in my opinon. Maybe that's what makes it look clustered.
Anyways, that's just my opinon.

It looks fantastic, the images work really well. Im doing GD at uni, and only just got a (kind of) job doing logos for a rock t-shirt merchandising business. Im just over halfway through my first year in the degree at uni, using InDesign and getting to know the ins and outs, so I appreciate this art alot. Havnt had a chance to do a menu yet, looks like fun!

Looks very professional. The layout and the typography I mean. The photography not as much. Idk maybe its just me but the food shots don't have that professionalism like the rest of the menu has. Very creative pirate theme.

Its a very family based restaurant, they make 90% of there money off families with young kids, rather than rich diners who spend tons of money on wine and champagne, for this reason we have put a kids touch on the menu, a fun kind of quirky look. Like I said one thing about my job is my creative freedom is limited to that of the instructions of my clients.
