Hey, I agree with the majority of people in saying that the follow through on the hair is good. The palette is nice, especially contrasted with her eyes.
But I think the most important thing in any acting scene (even a 3 second one), is what is the character thinking and feeling. Don't get me wrong-- animation is not easy, rather, quite the opposite. But I get the impression that the character is just moving their head around, so she can move her head around. It feels like she's moving for it's own sake. Maybe you want to get to the fighting, because lets face it, fighting is flap-jacking awesome. I don't mean to torment you like a DA version of DQ lol.
I'm interested to see more-- it's great that you're doing a short on your own right after your 4th year film.

It looks beautiful how the hair is falling over her shoulder. Must be hard to animate all the little strands and making the motion looking real but you did a nice job with it. She reminds me of Isuzu Sohma from Fruits Basket
