Description

Advancing further into the Sorceress' Lair, the elven warrior continued on her quest to liberate her friend.

Making her way down the dark hallway, she suddenly felt something grab her hand... something wet... something sticky.

Glancing at her hand, she spotted her attacker! It some was kind of tar like substance. It was dark, sticky, and smelly but it was also alive.

She struggled against the tar like creature to free her hand. But her effort was in vain, the creature only stretched and morphed in reaction to her efforts.

Sighing in frustration she tried to think of a way to free herself from the tar like ooze. If only I had paid more attention in my spells class. She thought to herself while desperately trying to remember some defensive spells. Perhaps a freezing spell would let me shatter the creature?

Or maybe I could dilute with a simple water conjuration spell, that might thin the ooze out enough for me to.... Suddenly she was pulled out of her train of thought. She noticed her upper arm felt wet and the smell of the ooze was getting stronger.

It was then she realized the creature had begun crawling further up her arm....
