A collab with , you can do it here: [link]I know Raikou are from Kumo, and Harumi are from Konoha, but finding the cat was so hard that they needed special assistance from Kumo!
And yes, It's one of Hayai's tailfeathers that the cat has under it's paw
And it's some of the cat's fur that Hayai has in he's mouth. They have been fighting, the small rascals xDHope you all like!
