Yes. Throwing in some designs for fun without obligations, that I can afford. Being tied down to produce a bunch of pages, not so much.

I personally couldn't work on a page-basis; not on TransWarp as it is, that is (I'd like to work scene- or issue-wise). That's because if different artist draw random pages and make up the designs underway, consistency will suffer; working with this modus operandi it'd be necessary that you have all designs before getting the first page done. I've worked on a superhero collaboration comic and there it was standard that designs were agreed upon and made available beforehand resp. designs artists of earlier pages came up with were made available to those of the later ones earls on. Then again I don't know how much you value consistency...

I don't think I can afford to be too picky when it comes to interpretation of characters. I'm just happy to have artists on board, and trust that readers will be smart enough to differentiate or join the dots.
I've always based Csirac on Countdown in my head, and I told that to Pika, and she gave me that design, which she described as Countdown put on a diet 
As for Razorclaw and Silverbolt, well they're stock standard. And the guards I said just to base on Prime: Bulkhead. I just have to make sure they're not coloured green to avoid confusion
So the consistency won't be too much of a drama, hopefully. Either that or I just make all the major characters different colours, like Power Rangers, so people can easily tell them apart
