thank you if you're talking about the dolls, i didn't make it, I'm just a doll photographer. If you're interested in making it , you can check out this forum [link] or without the s in forums. They have great tips on how to make them. Usually it could take a year or 2 to master. I hope that helps

hahaha actually i have a similar brush tool for that, but it wasn't raw enough. Actually my scratched acrylic board was a normal clear board that i just used to cut things using penknife. so i guess after some time there wil l be alot of s cratches, and now it's a prop XD thanks!
