This started when I asked [link] to draw me DN yaoi. And she said she suddenly had the image of L sticking his hand up Raito's shirt. Somehow, I ended up drawing it, but it was pretty cool. First thing I drew in the brown paper sketchbook.Pencil and white chalk pencil

I really like the effect of the brown paper, it makes the highlighting interesting -- whereas the white pencil mixed with regular pencil give the overall image a different feel than if it had just been done on regular sketchbook paper. If that makes any sense at all.

Mmm, it's pretty different compared to regular white paper. The middleground is suprisingly easy to work with. o_o Feels like cheating, almost.
