As she towers over them, once they look up at her darkened face they will think they see the moon and the stars, when it's really one of her eyes open and the under brim of her hat's starry glow. Depending on if her eye is open full, crescent shaped, or dark will decide if they're cursed, dead, or something special.

      - Purified Water/Holy Water/ Salt water are all bad for her, it wont hurt her very much, but is a good way to get her off your tail if you're running from her.
    - She's deathly afraid of crosses, as they can burn her.

    A young woman who was murdered for her beauty and left to rot in the woods. Her silver rings and white pearls were left on her carcass and can be found in the woods.
Reborn in the veil and made of stardust. When newly born she looked awful and in pain, limbs not at all placed like a humans, she barely resembled anything close to humanity. Every hollows eve she could see all the decorations and explore the town, frightening some children by here mere appearance. She saw the reoccurring theme of a woman with a sharp hat in dresses with a long nose. She learned that these were a a dumb facade for real witches, and chose to remake herself in that image.
      To summon her all you need is silver jewelry or white pearls of your own, go into the woods where the birch trees are, and offer them to the moonlight. She will let you put them on her, signifying she's yours for a huge price. Better come with a good bargain or she'll take you instead.
