History: Boba was born on a planet known as NOVA, a different timeline of earth that has far evolved past what it is now. Growing up on the beach he's become accustomed to the plant life and swimming out of the city limits where barely any small towns existed. His childhood was full of love from his parents who had kept him far away from cultural norms of the cities. Unfortunately for college he could not be home schooled, and at the time he showed major promise in his studies. Moving to the ground's largest city, HOME, was a huge shock to him as the soft life full of greenery was replaced with cold hard steel, minimal plant life, and artificial nonsense polluting everything.
Finally, he had a purpose, no longer was he going to file in line like the rest of the people there, he was going to make change. Boba found his crowd with a bunch of underground environmentalists who were quite the talented quirky mix. With them, he started a movement with riots, outreaching programs, and an underground green house. Collecting rare fauna from previous earth was a hardship as aliens brought their own fauna to contaminate it. The city keeps trying to distract it's citizens with the promise that none of what Boba sees is going on but he will make sure that he's heard, constantly on the run from the cops on a hover surf board, his hood stuffed with the nature of the future.
