Description
The new world was pummeling into chaos, overwhelmed with all these new villains and continuously butting heads the forces of evil were getting stronger by the day. Realizing that all these rouge heroes could do more good together, Blossom set out to achieve this goal. Setting up bases and recruiting people to her cause With Lady liberty as there symbol, The Council of Justice was born. Protecting the world for the past decade, things are peaceful. Though some may wonder if this is just the calm before the storm.

Blossom Spicer
Commander and Leader
Leader and founder of the Council. Naturally transitioning from leading her sister’s to a whole band of hero’s, Blossom is still just as level-headed as in her youth. Though less prideful from years of experience. Blossom current work keeps her in the background, paper work and organization. Things have gotten easier with the help of her two co-commanders and sister’s.
Married to Jack Spicer and the mother of six Blossom doesn’t have as much free time as she’d like. Wanting to spend less time in the office and more with her family.
Buttercup Mitchelson
Op’s Commander
Top strategist and first out in the field Buttercup still holds the title of the toughest fighter. Taking care of the heavy lifting while her sister’s take care of the bureaucratic B.S. Filling as a sudo-leader and teacher of the Watchdog (NG Puffs and Ruffs) while running around with her own select group of hero’s it’s comes as a surprise that Buttercup can find the time to help her sister Blossom with the endless stacks of paper work.
Married to Mitch Mitchleson and mother of two boys Buttercup is proud of her rowdy bunch. Still her greatest investment was sound proofing the garage when her son Bugs started his own band.
Bubbles Ingleberry
Public Relations Representative
It’s obvious to see why Bubbles is head of public affairs. Still the same sweet, optimistic person as in her youth, Bubbles kind smile now hides a snarky side that developed with time. Often tapping into her ‘hardcore’ side to deal with the ruder reporter’s. Not battling the forces of evil as much as her sister, Bubbles still has her moments in the field.
Married to Snake Ingleberry and the mother of three, Bubbles is very active in their lives.From participating in Birdies videos to attending tattoo conventions with Butterfly (though neither she nor Butterfly have gotten a permanent one as of yet). Even becoming a volunteer at Basilisks school so she can be closer to her baby boy
Danny Fenton/Phantom
Head of the Supernatural Sector
One of the first recruits after the creation of the Council. Danny and his crew run an entire sector in Amity Park. Often traveling between the two Danny feels like he spends a majority of his time on the road. With only a handful of ghost still keeping up to their old ways and Vlad on the down low things have become slightly peaceful back home. Leaving Danny concerned that this is the calm before the storm
Married to Valerie and father of two sons Danny is content in his adult life. Focusing on spending time with his family and recently teaching a course on Ghosts at Spero Academy where his youngest goes to school.
Jake Long
Magic Council Representative
Officially the American Dragon and member of the Dragon Council, Jake’s main goal is to keep peace between the two Councils. Still protecting the newly open magical world Jake’s main priority is to help both magical and non-magical creatures adjust to one another. With things getting tense on both sides around the world Jake has started taking further precautions to protect the ones he loves.
Married to Juniper (the Te Xuan Ze) and father of two boys Jake family is his whole world. Becoming a lot more protective of Lao-Shi and the younger dragons. Checking in often and becoming a bit overbearing at times.
XJ9 ‘Jenny” Lee
Head of Alien Relations
After spending at least five years in space, one of the main reasons Jenny came home was to help the council. Using her influence with the reformed Cluster and friend Coop (from megas XLR) they have started creating alliances with other planets. Not influential enough to open up bases off earth she has been able to extradite criminals off world.
Married to Sheldon Lee and mom to three kids Jenny is happy to be back on earth. Content with using telecoms to talk to her friends off planet and dragging her best friend Blossom out for drinks with Princess.
Raimundo Pederosa
Head of international affairs
An Xiaolin Master Raimundo may run international affairs but aims for Blossoms position. Relocating from Rio Brazil to Townsvile, Raimundo is good at his job even if he challenges every decision his cousin-in-law makes. Keeping the rivalry from their youth still burning, despite how much Blossom wants him to let it go. Still close to his old friends, Raimundo was the one who asked Omi to train the newest generation of Xiaolin Dragons and sent the new group to Spero Academy.
Married to Ashley (katnappe) and Father of two, Raimundo was ecstatic when his eldest was chosen as the next dragon of Water.
Axel Manning
Co-Commander and field agent
One of the two members to be selected as Blossoms Co-Commander. With the soul purpose of looking at things threw a different perspective than her and her sisters. Axel works mostly in the field stopping villains with his team as he did in his youth. Despite being good friends with Buttercup (to the point where Bugs is Leo’s main baby sitter besides Raven) they two will often but heads on who they get on their teams. Often leaving Abigail to make the teams up to keep the peace.
Married to Lioness (Catrina) with their only son Leo Axel sometime gets over whelmed with his home life. As not only does Dragon live with them but his mother and two nephews as well.
Abigail Gilligan
Co-Commander and Recruiter
The other hand picked Co-commander, Abigail’s official main job is to find and recruit new members. Her unofficial job is espionage and gathering intelligence on the under world. Having a handful of hand picked spies she trains herself (sometimes straight out of Spero Academy or the teen sector of KND). Usually in the background helping pick up the pieces where Blossom and Axel can’t.
Married to Hoagie (number 2) and mother of three kids Abigail has her hands full. Juggling trying to make sure her own kids don’t get into (to much) trouble and work keeps her on her toes.

So originally the Council of Justice was just a stand in name that grew on me. Usually referred to as the Council, this is the main superhero group of my next gen.
Basically head cannons for half of the parents in of my next gen.

I really dig the crossover idea you have here! Honestly, it's amazing how thought out your crossover universe is, I wish I could get one set up, but me and my own friend have a hard time getting one put together....at all....lol But I really dig how even as adults they all stay in the hero business! Some of their adult designs are pretty good too (though normally I keep Raimundo's hair short, just for personal preference though), really your art style makes all of them adorable, I can hardly guess their ages xD Are they in their 30's or 40's, assuming their kids are teens?
Your pairing choices are also pretty nice, I admire you not being afraid to have the opposite-to-canon pairings or outright crossovers

Thank you!! Honestly it's a pain but I'm happy with it (though I might change the name, it feels cheesy). I honestly couldn't see them not being heroes (Especially the PPG). Idk why but I always saw Raimundo with long hair, I think both work for him though.
I was thinking late 30's- early/middle 40's (Blossoms oldest is 22 and Bubbles is 21, so it be in that range) I haven't honestly decided because it involves math.

The name reminds me, kind of, of the Justice League, guess that was taken though.
Late 30's/Middle 40's, makes sense if the kids are that old lol. Then again the (OC) And yeah, I legit have a math disability, but besides that I tend to keep everyone young and as a result the kids are usually all, well, kids. That and Rinmaru's Mega Anime Av maker doesn't really do older kids very well (You might be able to make a young lady but making a dude who looks like he's in his 20's is a no-go for that creator cuz I don't think they have wrinkles, and all the hair is rather young looking, plus you can't change the physical shape of the head xD)
(Well that and cuz some of my OCs are immortal/can make others immortal, their aging stops at one point, and their partner if given immortality will likely stop at a rather young age as well.....and with science legit saying that by the end of the century aging will be defeated anyway honestly I say don't be afraid to have them look younger than they really are who knows xD)
Yeah, just personal preference/taste, he can work either style, I just have a minor preference xD If anything it helps make our universes different xD .

Yeah it's hard to image most character's past their twenties XD. Math has always been a massive pain to me (Which sucked because I went into a business minor in school). It's honestly fun to imagine them as parents with their tiny babies running around. It's really hard to find the balance between older and just old XD
(That makes since. Immortal oc's are fun to work with. Though I like the more darker aspects of it)
I like seeing the different interpretations of characters when their older. Plus differences in universes just make them more fun XD

(I personally like both the light and dark aspects of it. I think immortality is definitely underrated by so many people, granted it's probably because we haven't invented it quite yet so it's just something we can't understand xD)
