Well, I guess you guys all know me -- I really don't do portraits. But after a long leave, I decided that our very own talented member of the community, =fuzzah , needs to have a portrait. She's too beautiful not to vector.And, you may notice that I don't you any fancy curves and shadows and gradient meshes: this is my style. I hope you enjoy this vector.
Photoshop 2, Logitech mouse, 2 hours of time, I think. If I keep up my vectoring routine, this will be the last piece of art you see from me in months and months, so enjoy it. =fuzzah was worth the time, though.

True. It's where the glasses went into the hair. Just hard to show that with simplicity. So I gave up.

Squee, you're right! She's very pretty ";_;" I adore how you don't fluff up/touch up/shower the vector with amazing curls or shading or sparkly things in the background like you mentioned in your description. I feel the "simplicity" is fitting and quite nice XD And would only be good for some specific areas like the lips. You doing a little brightness and shinyness on that looks very fitting and would otherwise look very plain.. so good on you when choosing what to touch up XD
I really hope this is making sense. Anyway.. as said before, you did it well and quite realistically! You can tell this is taken from a photo and that no features are being.. exaggerated. Like huge eyes or a dotty nose, for example XD I really like the slight messyness in her hair, too. It makes her look.. definitely a lot more human. Nice little delicate details => And her nose is amusing for some reason XD Slight little bump.
Nice job with detailing up the design on her chest! The writing on it was a bit hard to read at first, but it's a great design XD Is that something you made yourself or did it come with the photo?

Great picture! Unless the glasses are uber cool, I don't think the side part (what do you call that? the stick thingy that goes behind the ear) really starts from the top of the rim. I like your "style". It's real clean and neat looking!

I love the detail of the texture of the hair. I think her eyes are particularily lovely. Very nice overall look :3 I wish I could crit, but I know next to nothing about vector art...

yeh this vector is kool but it looks wierd how the glasses disapear into the hair maybe you shouldnt of worried about that part of the image and just changed it as if the glasses were in front of the hair...? just a suggestion

Great simple style. I think the left side of the glasses fades into the hair a little, would be good if you could put a thin black edge to it, but otherwise, pretty good. :]

As much as i like the simplicity of this, i would suggest adding some streaks/lines in the hair. Other than that, i think it's perfect.

Ho yah! Beyond-a da smoove, bro! Though the rest of the body is relatively obscure/straightway'd, I think the overall shape of the eyes and the fine little hair details are most impressive. You need to cut my hair, if you've got an eye like that for it!
